Final scores, results and leaderboard from the 16th Presidents Cup, where Team USA claimed a 17-13 victory over the International Team at Medinah Country Club, Illinois.

The four-day competition sees five sessions of golf played and a total of 30 points up for grabs, with Team USA winning three of the five fourballs matches on Thursday before the International Team won all five foursomes matches on Friday.

The United States closed the gap slightly by edging a fourballs session 2.5-1.5 on Saturday morning, before the Internationals claimed a share of the spoils in the afternoon foursomes to take a 10.5-7.5 lead into the final day.

All 24 players then teed it up in the Sunday singles, where Team USA won 9.5 of the 12 points on offer to close out an 11th consecutive Presidents Cup victory.

Team USA have won every edition of the biennial contest since 2005 and 14 of the 16 editions, while the International Team remain searching for their second win and first since 1998.
